Who is TeamTriLife

As a triathlete, you have options when choosing a coach.  Why choose Team TriLife? (Check out to learn what we do and how invested we are in our team.)

Angie and Sharon are certified coaches and experienced age group athletes. As a coaching group we believe that developing a strong interactive coach athlete relationship is the key to success.  Knowledge is power and the better prepared our athletes are, the better they are able to adapt and be their best on race day.

We believe in listening to our athletes, being flexible and attentive, and providing support through frequent unlimited communication.  This is done with the goal to create an environment where athletes thrive in training and racing, and with their families and work life.  As athletes ourselves we understand the importance of balance.  Our coaching practice is built on a foundation where every finish line has more meaning when those we love are close by to support and celebrate with us.

We work with athletes of all levels from Canada and the US.

Challenge Penticton for Sarah and Angie

Sarah trained hard for this race.  It was her "A" race for the year which makes sense!  A 3k swim, 120k bike and 30k run is no joke! It's a major accomplishment.  In the peak [...]

Great pre-race "race" for Sharon and Sarah.  Sharon had a lot of fun in very choppy water!  The 1k swim and 5k bike were like "play time" for her and allowed her the 2nd fastest [...]

Our Client Reviews

I would never have completed a triathlon, let alone think about doing one if it weren’t for Tri-Life. I always thought, “Why would anyone want to put themselves through that?” I changed my mind after a couple of spin class sessions with Tri-Life. During those classes, I saw how much camaraderie everyone had. Everyone talked about triathlons, running, biking, swimming and how much fun they had. I decided I wanted to try one too. Only problem was that I didn’t know how to swim, not one stroke. I tried swim lessons outside of Tri-Life for more than a year and could barely go one length while only slightly drowning. Wasn’t pretty. I finally asked Angie if she could teach me. She said yes, and after a lot of work, I was able to do my first open water swim triathlon in 13 months. I’m still learning and having fun.
I hope you already know this, but I just wanted to let you know that the past training camp was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Not only did I get to know all of the athletes substantially better, but I truly discovered that you are an amazing person with extreme dedication to triathlon and benefiting us as athletes. I would also like to add that Trevor was a huge asset, I could not think of a more perfect person for the camp. Not only was he very helpful, but he is extremely nice and was a great addition to the general atmosphere. Thank you so much for dedicating so much of your time to us and ensuring that we had an extraordinary time. I am already missing everyone and looking forward to next years camp!
From Joel, an athlete at the Arizona Training Camp, March 2012
I got my program and it looks really great! You worked hard on it and you even put in where I need to get a baby sitter! I also love that you have put it all one schedule and have given me some options if I am tired!

You are the one who got me to Cochrane on my bike. But it’s more significant then just arriving to a place I never believed I could get to. It’s been a life long dream of mine to be outside arriving at a spot all by myself that the view is so beautiful that it reminds me of how alive I am and essentially that is what this whole training process is for me! Thank you Angie!
