Don’t just take our words for it

This is my third season training with Sharon. She has helped me to improve tremendously in all 3 fields.
My first 70.3 Ironman time was 5:55 (when I trained without a coach) and 3 years later I did it in 5:23 – a 32 min improvement in 3 years.
My first 70.3 IM under her coaching in 2014 was 5:45 and this year 5:23 ( 22 min faster) in 2 years.
The biggest improvement was in the swim : from 55 min to 37 min.

Sharon is a kind, enthusiastic and approachable coach. She understands what it means to be a mom, career woman and age group athlete.
Her advice is very true and valuable as it is based on experience she has had in her own life as athlete, and not theory only. She always replies super fast to questions.
She has become a dear friend to me. Her training program helped me to reach new heights in triathlons.

Coach Sharon went above and beyond just “coaching” us, she had a vested interest in my progress, life challenges, and my final outcome. She customized my plan to my goals and fitting the workouts into my lifestyle and schedule. I was well trained for my key race, and surpassed my anticipated goals, with Sharon cheering me on every step of the way! I would highly recommend her to anyone with any fitness goal! Sharon will partner up with you and get you there!

I returned to competing in triathlons after a long break from them. It was my son that began doing them that got me interested again. After a few races, I realized I wanted to find out how to be better and what I was capable of. Never have I had a coach but I talked to a few people and Sharon was recommended to me.
I liked her style right from the start! She was upbeat and positive and had a great message about balancing family and other life activities into training. She is an experienced triathlete herself and has advice and ideas whenever I bring up an issue. I have achieved more than I expected since teaming up with Sharon. Thanks for all your help Sharon!

What an amazing journey. Sharon has taken me from someone who could barely swim or run and who road my townie bike in my first race, to someone who now feels like an athlete. This year I will do my first Olympic Distance race. Sharon got me here through baby steps, lots of encouragement, great skill coaching in the pool and propping me up when my fears and anxieties threatened to derail me. Thank you Sharon. You are not only my athletic coach, you have changed my life.
