– Preparing the general framework of the national plan for training in the field of crisis and disaster management, reviewing and evaluating the training plans of ministries and governorates in the field of crisis and disaster management and risk reduction, following up on the implementation of response plans to confront crises and disasters in the concerned authorities, and following up and evaluating developments in the situation on an ongoing basis.

– Providing the support required to manage the crisis or disaster efficiently and effectively.
