Al-Baqami reviewed the readiness of the services provided to receive the guests of the Most Gracious during the blessed month of Ramadan for the year 1445 AH, and the preparations of government and support agencies in the facilities of the Miqat Mosque and the surrounding area, which witnessed a group of development projects, which included improving the urban landscape and restructuring the sites of public services provided to the visitors and guests of the Most Gracious. And improving its standards included the Miqat Yallam Mosque, which is located on an area of 10,000 square meters and can accommodate more than 4,000 worshipers. Golf carts were also provided to serve the elderly and sick visitors and pilgrims, under the supervision of the branch of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in the Mecca region, and with follow-up from the Department of Mosques and Calls. Guidance in Al-Laith Governorate by monitoring the readiness of the mosque and facilities to serve the worshipers, supervising the organization of the distribution of breakfast bags for fasting people in the mosque’s courtyard, following up on the provision of water and food, and maintaining the cleanliness of the place.
