Manchester United regained its victories in the English Premier League, after defeating its guest Everton 2-0, in the match that brought them together today, Saturday, at Old Trafford, in the 28th round of the English Premier League championship for the current season 2023-24.
Portuguese Bruno Fernandes opened the scoring for Manchester United in the 12th minute of the match via a penalty kick.. Marcus Rashford added United’s second goal in the 36th minute of the match, also from a penalty kick.
The result remained the same in the second half, as United regained its winning streak in the Premier League, after losing the last two rounds to Fulham and Manchester City.
Manchester United occupies sixth place in the English Premier League table, with 47 points, while Everton’s balance stops at 25 points in sixteenth place.
