This morning (Sunday), the 88-year-old Rabbi Zvi Koslavsky – the head of the “Hichal HaTorah” yeshiva in the Har Nof neighborhood, Jerusalem – hugged his eldest son after 55 years of waiting. His 56-year-old wife Danieli – who married him in 2018 after he was widowed from his first wife, the late Sarah Leah Koshlevsky – is a mother of two.
According to reports, the baby was born this morning at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem. In a video uploaded to the social network X (formerly Twitter) by Menachem Koldatsky, the students of the Torah Hall yeshiva are seen celebrating the gospel.

On the ultra-Orthodox news websites, it was stated that this is an “extremely exciting event” which “has not been seen since the days of Abraham our father”. In addition, it was noted that when the child reaches the age of mitzvah, the rabbi is expected to celebrate his 101st birthday.
