Shaima Abdullah, Director of the Irregular Workers Welfare Department at the Ministry of Labor, revealed the details of the Eid al-Fitr grant for irregular workers for the year 2024.

Al-Shaima Abdullah explained, in a special statement to the “Masrawy” website, that the Ministry of Labor has decided to create a special grant on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr for irregular workers, and this comes within the framework of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to support this important group of society.

The Director of the Irregular Workers Welfare Department at the Ministry of Labor confirmed that the value of the Eid al-Fitr grant will amount to 500 pounds.

She indicated that the Ministry will disburse this grant before Eid al-Fitr. Pointing out that the beneficiaries of this grant will be identified through a list of workers or ministry inspectors. With the aim of ensuring that support is distributed fairly according to specified criteria.

Al-Shaima Abdullah continued that the Ministry of Labor has introduced new grants for irregular workers, including a grant for the holy month of Ramadan, in addition to a Christmas grant, bringing the number of periodic grants provided to irregular workers to 6 grants.

“Masrawy” was alone in publishing the details of the grant for the holy month of Ramadan and the Ministry of Labor’s introduction of new grants for irregular workers.
