During his interview with the program “Secret Ink” presented by the journalist Asma Ibrahim on the “Cairo and the People” screen, the star Amir Karara entered into a crying fit, after showing a picture of him with his deceased father, and commented on it, saying: “Oh… this is the only person who I can’t see his picture and hold myself back from tears.”
Karara cried after showing the photo, stressing that he loved his father very much, and he was the most precious person in his life, praying for mercy and forgiveness for him live.
Regarding his opinion of the great artist Adel Imam, Karara stressed that as a member of the current generation he will not be able to achieve what “The Leader” has achieved, and that he is honored to act with him, stressing that working with him brings great awe.
Karara revealed the scenes of working with the artist Adel Imam, and said that he felt awe and fear, and therefore he did not appear well while filming a scene in one of his artistic works.
Karara explained that in any dramatic work, there is a young artist who feels fear, and this is normal, noting that what makes him happy after finishing filming is for the young artist to come to him and thank him for the help he provided him during filming, pointing out that he must help the artist. The young man encourages him to prove himself and no longer feel anxious, explaining: “Anyone who acts with me by saying say whatever you want,” stressing that he is a patient person.
Karara revealed the details of the scene of the martyrdom of the character of Colonel Ahmed Al Mansi in the series “The Choice”, stressing that he will never forget it and that he put a great effort into performing it, and that he was affected by it after completing filming, psychologically and physically.
Amir Karara explained that filming this scene was very difficult; Because during his filming there were real people who participated in the operation itself, noting that there were two people who witnessed these events with the heroic martyr, “Ahmed Al-Mansi,” and they explained to him all the details before starting filming. He added: “I felt that when his children watched this scene, they might feel what it was… The scene would be difficult for them, and I was tired psychologically and physically from filming it.”
