After false news was circulated about Al-Fahad’s health condition, journalist Bashar Jassim Al-Kandari responded to the rumors of her illness, which spread widely over the past hours.

He said: “Susan’s mother is at home among her children and grandchildren. She had some tests done in the 11th month due to a stomach bacteria and nothing more.”
He asked not to spread rumors because they lead to more illness, “and stop rumors because rumors make you sick more,” adding at the end of his tweet the phrase (quoting the lawyer, Mr. Khaled Al-Rashed).
Hayat had previously apologized to her fans for her Ramadan work for Ramadan 2024, which was supposed to bring her together with Souad Abdullah, and the Al-Fahd Foundation for Artistic Production account shared a statement from her that said: “My dear fans, I announce my official apology for my upcoming Ramadan work with my dear, capable sister # Souad_Abdullah #for #special_health_conditions that I am going through at the present time and that are beyond my control.”
She continued: “All thanks and appreciation to the MBC management for the effort and cooperation it has provided so that we can meet again. We ask God Almighty to bring us together in the near future, and I wish success to everyone.”
Al-Fahd’s artistic career
Hayat Al-Fahd has enjoyed a busy artistic career exceeding half a century, as he presented to Kuwaiti and Gulf viewers nearly 90 television series and about 20 theatrical works.
Her roles varied between different dramatic lines, and she was able to brilliantly perform difficult tragic roles with her serious features. She was also able to draw laughter from the hearts of her followers with her usual spontaneity, which made critics call her the lady of the Gulf screen.
