A wave of bad weather struck most areas of Greater Cairo and the governorates today, Monday, and moderate thunderstorms reached the heart of the capital, where hailstones fell on the neighborhoods of Mohandessin, Downtown, October, and others.

This comes at a time when the Meteorological Authority announced that the peak of weather fluctuations will be today, Monday, until tomorrow, Tuesday.

Masrawy’s lens monitored rain falling in some areas in the center of the country.

According to the latest release of satellite images from the General Meteorological Authority, there is a continued proliferation of low and medium clouds over areas of the northwestern coasts and areas of southern Lower Egypt, accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity, with hailstones falling in some areas.
