Artist Karim Abdel Aziz revealed the ongoing preparations for the third part of the movie “The Blue Elephant,” saying that filming the work requires 6 months.

He indicated during the “Big Time” podcast with the journalist Amr Adeeb, on the “MBC1” screen on Tuesday evening, that the screenwriter and writer Ahmed Mourad are in the process of finishing the final version of the script, stressing that the third part will be much stranger than the previous parts. .

He expressed his surprise at the story of the third part, explaining that he expected it to depend on the events of the first parts, but he was surprised that the story took a new turn to a completely strange world.

Artist Karim Abdel Aziz spoke about the “strange” beginning of his journey with the movie “The Blue Elephant,” as he was the one who contacted director Marwan Hamed and expressed his desire to work with him, pointing out that he received the novel’s script a month after he requested it, in the handwriting of writer Ahmed Murad. He said that he decided to try the film after reading the novel twice, despite his fears about the character’s difficulty, especially since the character of “Yahya Rashid” is complex, a man who drinks alcohol and drugs and has a role in his daughter’s death. He pointed out that he was surprised by the audience’s positive reaction, especially since The film was shown on Eid al-Fitr, a time associated with joy and joy

He stressed that the Egyptian and Arab audience is the real star of the film, because of its ability to absorb a 3-hour horror film without a smile or a holiday song, pointing out that he was more afraid of the second part of the film than the first part, but he also succeeded.

Artist Karim Abdel Aziz concluded his speech by emphasizing that American cinema is full of successful films with up to 8 parts, explaining that this indicates the possibility of continuing the “Blue Elephant” series for other parts.
