The General Authority of Meteorology revealed the weather conditions and temperatures during the coming hours, and the expected weather conditions.
The Meteorology Department said, according to a statement, that the weather in the coming hours will witness a rise in temperatures and rainfall of varying intensity, in addition to wind activity in the north of the country.
The Authority expected that weather conditions today would be affected by light to moderate rain, sometimes thundery, on areas of the northern coasts and Lower Egypt, extending light rain in the evening to areas of Greater Cairo and the Canal cities.
She explained that the weather in the coming hours will witness active winds in areas of the north of the country, passing through Greater Cairo and northern Upper Egypt.
Meteorology indicated that during the coming hours, hot weather will prevail over Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and North Upper Egypt, cold weather on the northern coasts, hot in South Upper Egypt, and cold at night and early in the morning in most parts.
Today’s temperatures
Regarding the expected temperatures today, they are as follows: –
– Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt: 26 degrees for the high and 13 degrees for the low.
– Northern coasts: 20 degrees for high and 13 degrees for low.
– South Sinai: 29 for the major and 16 for the minor.
– North Upper Egypt: 29 degrees for the high and 13 for the low.
– South Upper Egypt: 32 degrees for the high and 15 for the low.
