Director Enas El Deghaidy spoke about her love story for her husband, saying: “I married the one I loved and the love story lasted for 9 years, and I challenged everything, even religion. He was a Christian and converted to Islam because of me, and they refused the marriage because of religion, and my father was a professor of religious education and the Arabic language. I did not meet my husband because he died a year after my marriage, and he said I will not meet him, and I will not enter our house except for my father’s funeral, and I will not have a wedding, I will do it in my house, and I had my own house before I got married and was independent.”
Director Enas Al-Deghaidy said, during her hosting of the “Asrar” program with the journalist Amira Badr, broadcast on Al-Nahar channel: “I am one. God created her unlike other people, and I do not mean it, but I am from my childhood like that. We are 8 sisters. I am always the opposite of them, and my relationship with them is good, and my father died satisfied with me.” When I became a director, he said that I was the one who encouraged her, and I promised him that I would not act, and I entered all the arts by chance, and I did not know what art meant, and I loved my husband until today, and our relationship is not just a passport, it is life, and he was always behind me to be a director, and we separated before his death, and he began to change me. When we grew up, we left each other with elegance, because life alone is much sweeter, and everyone has his own life.”
The “Asrar” program is presented by media personality Amira Badr on Al-Nahar TV daily during the month of Ramadan, at nine-thirty in the evening, during which she hosts a number of stars of art, sports and politics in Egypt.
