Artist Hossam Habib commented on broadcaster Mona Abdel Wahab’s question about his relationship with artist Sherine Abdel Wahab, and some described it as a toxic relationship.
Hossam said on the program “Al-Masrah” shown in Ramadan 2024 on Al-Hayat satellite channel: “The failure of the relationship was due to its openness in public, and I do not blame me or Sherine.”
He stressed that a woman should not be held accountable for anything in her moment of anger, pointing out that the moments of anger that occurred in the relationship conveyed to people the image that the relationship was toxic.
He commented on composer Mahmoud Al-Khayami’s statement that Sherine was one thing and became another after Hossam Habib, saying that his comparison is not true. Because she is the successful person she was and still is.
He continued: “Sherine’s first production after our marriage was the album ‘Nasay’, which is the album that achieved the most views in her career, and after that Corona happened and because of the rule at home, our weight increased, and we did not care about ourselves, but when life returned, people thought that this weight gain was due to… Sherine became depressed because of me.”
It is worth noting that Sherine Abdel Wahab appeared before her fans in Ramadan 2024 through her guest appearance on the Big Time podcast,
