Zamalek tied with Modern Future, 1-1, in their match on Sunday evening at Cairo International Stadium, in the second leg of the quarter-finals of the African Confederation Cup.
With this result, Zamalek qualifies for the Confederation semi-finals with a score of 3/2 “on the aggregate of the two home and away matches” and sets a date with Ghana’s Dreams.
Jonathan Nguem scored the lead goal for Modern Future in the 19th minute, and in the 66th minute, Ahmed Hamdy scored the equalizer for his team with a shot that put the ball into the net.
