Abu Salim players attacked referee Mohamed Maarouf, who intervened in clashes with some players, and some substitute players intervened to separate the two sides.
The Egyptian match observer, Hossam El-Zanati, intervened to protect the Egyptian referee, with security personnel entering the field to secure Mohamed Maarouf until the remaining seconds of the match resumed, amid great anger from the players of the Libyan team and the technical staff, as Mohamed Maarouf showed the red card to Hossam Al-Abbani, the Abu Salim player. .
RS Berkane qualified for the semi-finals, to face USM Algiers, after defeating its counterpart, Abu Salim Al-Libi, by three goals to two.
