Tamer Abdel Moneim: Hend Sabry acted in Egypt because Zeina was prevented from making “A Teenage Diary”

The artist Tamer Abdel Moneim said that he was the fiancé of the artist Zeina in 1999, noting that he prevented her from acting: “I fought with her and took some of her hair from Enas El Deghaidy and hid under the table from me, leaving her with dark days.”

Abdel Moneim added, in his interview with the journalist Basma Wahba, presenter of the “Al-Arafa” program, on Al-Nahar and Al-Mehwar channels: “The table at Enas Al-Deghaidy’s was large, and when Zeina was disappearing from me, what was in my mind was that she was lying to me and loving someone else, but she turned out to be alone.” She is planning a teenage memoir film, despite our agreement that she will not act.”

The artist continued: “I went to the building in which Enas El Deghaidy’s office was and asked him to wait downstairs, and when I entered there, I attacked them, and Enas told me, ‘You are crazy,’ and I went down and ran after Zeina. This situation caused Hend Sabry to come to Egypt because she was the one who embodied the character. Zeina was banned from acting until we got together.
