The 27-year-old Brazilian star moved to Al-Hilal last July, coming from Russian Zenit, and is under a contract until the end of the 2026-2027 season. The player is performing at great levels with Al-Zaeem, and was also crowned the best player award in the Saudi Super Cup Diriyah Cup.
Al-Amiri said, via the (X) platform, that Malcolm was offered to Al-Nasr, Al-Ittihad, and Al-Ahly clubs, but the three Investment Fund clubs refused to contract with him, so he moved to Al-Hilal.
Al-Amiri’s message raised the objection of many who denied Malcolm’s transfer to Al-Hilal after the three clubs refused, due to the player coming to Al-Zaeem’s Castle based on a request by name from Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus.
