The singer Valerie Hamati and the dancer by her side, Roy Gurevich, were eliminated from the show “Dancing with the Stars” last night. With this, the two won the title that no one wants: the first eliminated of the season.
In an interview with Guy Pines’ program, which was interviewed shortly after the elimination, Hamati said: “This is not my profession and yet I decided to come here to fulfill a childhood dream and challenge myself. I pat myself on the back for standing here on stage, in front of judges, which is a lifetime It’s theirs and it’s their profession for years, and it sucks, I won’t lie, but we’re moving forward. In the end, I’m a singer, and music never stops.”
Hamati said about the judges: “All the judges are stunning, in the end they do their job. If I were a judge in poetry, I would be no less harsh. I appreciate them for everything and everything is fine.”

Hamati concluded by referring to the war and the issue of the abductees: “It is important for me to say that everything is really so small, what we go through here in the studio, a rejection, a stumbling block, compared to the real, shocking and tragic reality we are going through. Nothing is as sad as the reality around us. It is simply proportions for the moment.”
