Books – Muhammad Qadous:

Dr. Amr Khaled, the Islamic preacher, said that today is the eighth of Dhul-Hijjah, and it is called the Day of Tarwiyah, in which preparation begins to stand on Arafat to perform the major pillar of Hajj, without which Hajj is not valid, and which he described as the most precious day in the sight of God among the days of the year. “That And who honors the rituals of God.”

Khaled added, via a video he posted on his YouTube channel: On this day, pilgrims are in a state of great preparation, by heading to Mina, following the Sunnah of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He pointed out that this day and night are very important and decisive in a person’s life, because they are… They include preparation for meeting God…forgiveness, emancipation, and answering of prayers.

Which is more precious to God, the Day of Arafat or the Night of Decree?

Khaled confirmed that the two are very precious to God.. Arafat is declared.. and the Night of Destiny is hidden.. Arafat is in the text of the Prophet’s words: “The day most necks are freed from the Fire,” and the best supplication is the supplication on the Day of Arafat.

He stressed that Arafat is a very precious day not only for pilgrims, given God’s gifts and freedom, and the answer to prayers for everyone, whether those who stand on Arafat or do not perform Hajj.

He cited what was reported on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: “Fasting on the day of Arafat, I hope that God will atone for the year before it and the year after it.”

Khaled – who hosted “Rana” in today’s episode – stressed the importance of preparing to enter the Day of Arafat in the best possible way, through psychological and spiritual preparation so that God will accept us tomorrow and answer our prayers.

He said that there is a strange relationship between remembrance and Hajj.. Every step in the Hajj brings with it a remembrance. The Almighty said: “There is no blame on you if you seek bounty from your Lord. So when you depart from Arafat, remember Allah at the high mountain Ram and remember him as he has guided you, even if you were before him among those who went astray. * Then disperse. From where the people are overflowing and seeking forgiveness, God is forgiven, merciful.

And God Almighty said: “And remember Allah during the numbered days.” And He, Blessed and Most High, said: “And proclaim among the people the Hajj. They will come to you on foot, and on every lean burden. They will come from every deep valley.” That they may witness benefits for themselves and mention the name of God in appointed days for what He has provided for them of livestock. [الحج:27-28].

Khaled urged you to adopt the attitude of tolerance and forgiveness today so that God will pardon you tomorrow, and to address God with praise and praise Him abundantly, because tomorrow forgiveness and the answer to prayers will be evident to Him.

He said that this is done by praising him with his beautiful names, attributes, and beautiful deeds: “O Lord, praise be to You as it befits the majesty of Your face and the greatness of Your power… I cannot praise You as you have praised Yourself.”

Khaled stressed the necessity of honesty in preparing for the Day of Arafat… by glorifying the rituals of God… and worshiping Him today with the intention that you will be among the pilgrims during the coming year.

He said, “Tonight is a fateful night in your life. Tomorrow is the day of Arafat. It is the most important day of Hajj and even the most important day in your life. Tomorrow you will return from your sins like the day your mother gave birth to you, and tomorrow you will begin a new beginning with God, and tomorrow you will defeat Satan and stop his victory over you.”

He continued, asking: “Will your argument and response be accepted tomorrow, dismissed and unacceptable, and will you be among those whose hearts God looked at and was pleased with them, or knew their wickedness and was displeased with them?!”

He added, “Worry that God will not grant you success. Perhaps you will not reach Arafat tomorrow, thus losing your Hajj and depriving you of all goodness. Will you realize the situation or not? Will you live until you reach there, or will death overtake you before that?”
