Kafr El-Sheikh – Islam Ammar:
Today, Sunday, thousands of Kafr El-Sheikh residents performed Eid al-Adha prayers in open spaces and mosques designated for that purpose, amid tight security guard, and families rejoiced in celebrating the holiday.
The preachers in the squares and mosques delivered the blessed Eid al-Adha prayer sermon, which included the virtues of the blessed Eid al-Adha, which is desirable to follow on Eid al-Adha in accordance with the Sunnah of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, while the preachers in the squares and mosques addressed during the Eid prayer sermon the story of redemption with a ram.
Major General Gamal Nour El-Din, Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh, announced the preparation of 385 squares for Eid al-Adha prayers in the open air in the cities and centers of the governorate.
The Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments, Sheikh Atta Bassiouni, directed a ban on the use of any unauthorized Eid prayer squares, and coordination with the Endowments Directorate to receive the blessed Eid Al-Adha through the declared squares.
Sheikh Atta Bassiouni, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments in Kafr El-Sheikh, also decided to form an operations room based at the directorate’s office in preparation for Eid al-Adha prayers, according to the directives of Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar Gomaa, Minister of Endowments, and Major General Gamal Nour El-Din, Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments in Kafr El-Sheikh assigned the directors of sub-departments at the level of cities and governorate centers to form operations rooms, one in each department, to follow up and monitor the activities of Eid prayers.
