Kurdistan Endowments unifies the call to prayer in most of the region’s mosques

The Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the Kurdistan Region, Pashtiawan Sadiq, confirmed on Sunday that the process of organizing and unifying the call to prayer in the region’s mosques and mosques had begun.


Sadiq said in a statement he made to reporters after performing the Eid prayer ceremony at Jalil Khayyat Mosque in the city of Erbil, that the ministry obtained a legal fatwa from the Supreme Committee for Fatwa in the region regarding organizing and unifying the call to prayer in mosques.


He added that the process of organizing and unifying the call to prayer is moving forward very well, especially in the city of Erbil, and we hope that it will continue in the same manner in the rest of the cities and regions of Kurdistan.


The minister continued to say that the process of organizing and unifying the call to prayer has been implemented in more than 400 mosques in the Kurdistan Region.
