A source within the Modern Future Club revealed that action has begun officially, in order to resolve the registration crisis, after the International Federation’s decision to prevent the club from registering new players in the coming period, due to the dues of its former Tunisian player, Marouane Sahraoui.

The value of the player Marwan Al-Sahrawi’s dues to the Modern Future Club amounts to $813,000, as compensation to the player for violating the contract on September 4, 2022, in addition to 5% interest annually from the date of termination.

The source explained that the club has already communicated with the player and his lawyer, in order to resolve matters amicably, schedule the dues and end the judicial dispute in the Sports Court before the next transfer period.

The source added that Future Club is always keen to grant all players their rights within the legal time, and the Tunisian player’s crisis will be resolved as soon as possible.

On May 11, 2023, the FIFA Dispute Resolution Committee decided to impose these financial fines, and then the former Future administration appealed FIFA’s decision on June 26, 2023, before it was finally obligated and the penalty was increased by stopping the registration.
