Manama, June 24 (BNA): The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Institute of Public Administration held its second regular meeting for the current year, headed by Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa, Director-General of the Institute of Public Administration.
During the meeting, the committee’s strategic plan for the year 2024 was reviewed and discussed, within the framework of taking the necessary steps to ensure the implementation of projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the role of Bahraini women and improving the national outcomes presented.
Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa said that the Institute seeks, through all its local partnerships, to implement integrated work mechanisms to build and develop Bahraini women’s leadership capabilities in public and private sector institutions. To ensure business sustainability and advance it to play its pioneering role in improving institutional outcomes.
The meeting reviewed performance indicators, and reviewed the progress achieved in projects and initiatives aimed at identifying women’s needs at the Institute of Public Administration, in order to achieve equal opportunities, support and encourage incentive policies for gender balance programs, and provide a supportive and stimulating work environment for Bahraini women working at the Institute. .
