Nacho.. How much does the former Real Madrid captain earn with Al-Qadisiyah Saudi Arabia?

Club succeeded Al-Qadisiyah Yesterday, Thursday, Saudi Arabia signed a contract with the veteran defender Nacho Fernandezthe former Real Madrid captain, on a two-year contract, under the leadership of Spanish coach Michel Gonzalez, in Saudi Professional League.

The club did not disclose the financial details, but Saudi and Spanish media reported that Nacho’s salary will amount to about 10 million euros per season.

Real Madrid confirmed two days ago the departure of the former team captain, who joined the club at the age of ten.

Al-Qadisiyah is the largest club in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in the city of Khobar, which is about 430 kilometers away from the capital, Riyadh.

The club is led by Spanish coach Michel Gonzalez, who took over last October, succeeding Englishman Robbie Fowler, and led the team to the Yellow League first division title, ensuring promotion to the professional league.

Nacho is not the only deal that Al-Qadisiyah concluded this summer, as Belgian goalkeeper Quinn Casteels joined from Wolfsburg, Germany, and Uruguayan midfielder Nahitan Nandez.

The club also has Spanish players such as goalkeeper Joel Robles, who could leave after Castells’ arrival, and defender Alvaro Gonzalez, whose contract renewal is uncertain after Nacho’s signing.
