About two months after the serious incident in which he was recorded hitting his ex-partner Mittal Adri, Itzik Zohar decided to take matters into his own hands. According to a report published in the program “Kan Sport” on network B, the former footballer decided to hospitalize himself in “Beit Mazen” – a house free of drugs and alcohol – in order to overcome the difficulties he is facing in his personal life. At the Zohar rehabilitation home, the 53-year-old will undergo alternative treatments such as yoga and occupational therapy.
Zohar’s surroundings told “Khan Ha’ods”: “Itzik decided to take a break and just take care of himself. The decision about hospitalization is his. He was simply in a bad place in life and he decided that he had to stop everything and just help himself with the help of professionals. The court hearing in Zohar’s case should be held between the months of November and January, unless the parties reach a plea deal earlier.
