After 5 months in the first division.. Nawaf Al Abed moves to his new club and prepares for a derby with Al Hilal!

Nawaf Al Abed, the former Al Hilal and Al Shabab star, is preparing to embark on a new professional experience, after spending 5 months in the Yelo First Division League, through Al Qadisiyah.

After 12 years in the ranks of the first team of Al-Hilal Club, between 2008 and 2020, Al-Abed spent 3 years in Al-Shabab, while Al-Qadisiyah announced the signing of the player last February, while he was in the Yelo First Division League, to be crowned with the Eastern Knight with the title, before returning to the Saudi Roshen League.

Al-Riyadh Club announced the official signing of Nawaf Al-Abed, in a free transfer deal, as the player wears the number 24 shirt with his new club.

Al-Abed, who was nicknamed “Panther” by the club, sent a message via the “X” platform, saying, “Please pray for my success with Al-Wusta School, a new step and a new challenge.”

Nawaf Al Abed participated in 303 official matches in all competitions, during which he scored 45 goals and made 52 assists. He was crowned with Al Hilal with the 2019 AFC Champions League title, and participated with Al-Azraq in the Club World Cup, while he represented the Saudi national team in the 2022 World Cup finals, where he participated in the historic match against Argentina, in the first round, to achieve a historic victory for Al-Akhdar with a score of (2-1).
