The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities will begin the manual public draw to allocate small residential plots of land within the Maskan projects, tomorrow, Sunday, July 28, for lands that were applied for during the period from 4/12/2024 to 5/30/2024.
The dates are as follows:
– Middle lands axis:
Sadat City, Badr City, New Thebes City, New West Qena City, New Assiut City and New Minya The draw will be held during the period from July 28 to August 4, 2024.
As for the distinguished housing lands, the draw will be on August 6 for the lands of the new West Assiut City, and on August 7 for the cities of Borg El Arab, Mallawi, El Fashn, and New Akhmim.
– Distinguished housing lands
The draw will be on August 7, for the cities of May 15, October 2019, and Ramadan 10.
The Authority confirmed that the draw will be held at exactly 10:00 a.m. at the covered hall of Cairo International Stadium (Hall No. 1 on the day specified above, and only those who wish to do so from among those who have made reservations will be allowed to attend the public draw, provided that they have paid the reservation deposit).
