The Fifth Settlement Misdemeanor Court decided to reopen the pleadings in the trial of the artist Ahmed Salah Hosniin his accusation of destroying an employee’s car and injuring him in the gathering, in the September 11 session.
During the last session, the victim’s lawyer submitted a memorandum of traffic violations committed by artist Ahmed Salah Hosni during the period from September 2, 2023, to December 12, 2023.
It turned out that the number of violations was 42, all of which were speeding violations, except for one violation on September 21, related to talking on a mobile phone.
The victim filed a report accusing the artist. Ahmed Salah Hosni…destroying his car after colliding with him, as a result of his driving at a crazy speed in the Fifth Settlement.
The Public Prosecution referred the case to the competent misdemeanor court, which set today’s session to complete the trial.
