Actress Samira Sedki revealed the truth about her disagreement with actor Mohie Ismail over the movie “Me, the Virgin, and the Capricorn.”
Samira said, during a phone call to the “Details” program: “This is the problem that makes me refuse to appear on programs because of this.. When we made the movie The Virgin and Capricorn, they are not zodiac signs. A virgin is married to a woman and she is still a virgin, and he acts serious, and when it is serious, he is serious.”
She continued: “There is a scene where he comes from outside and sleeps next to me, so he is supposed to sit and cry, but he doesn’t. So he hugs me, so I said, ‘Guys, you guys went outside the middle, that’s it.’ And then say that Mohie Ismail assaulted Samira Sedki, and did I don’t know what, and stories to make trends.”
She added: “No one should get upset with Mohie Ismail. He is a beautiful character, a genius, and the best person to play complex roles.”
The movie “Me, the Virgin and the Capricorn” was shown in cinemas in 1989. It starred Mohie Ismail, Samira Sedki, Ali El-Ghandour, Ahmed Nabil, Ahmed El-Senbaty and Hussein El-Sherif. It was written and directed by Ahmed El-Nahhas.
