Second: Transfers between private and intermediate higher institutes: –

• A student who has been nominated in the coordination process to one of the private or intermediate higher institutes is allowed to apply for transfer to another institute in the same specialization or another non-similar specialization, provided that the student meets the minimum announced for the institute to which he wishes to transfer, in light of the established percentage and the capacity, and with priority of the total.
