Al-Ahly club set a date with its eternal rival, Zamalek, in the Egyptian Super Cup final, which is being held in the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi.
Al-Ahly succeeded in overcoming the Ceramica Cleopatra obstacle, after winning 1/2, in a difficult match against the red team.
Al-Ahly reached the final match thanks to two goals by Taher Mohamed Taher, against Ceramica.
On the other hand, Zamalek qualified for the Egyptian Super Cup final after winning 5-4 over Pyramids on penalties, after the end of the match’s regular time in a 1-1 draw.
The Egyptian Super Cup final, between Al-Ahly and Zamalek, will be a repeat of the African Super Cup, which was held last September at the Kingdom Arena in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, and witnessed the coronation of the white team.

The Egyptian Super Cup final match will be held next Thursday, October 24, between Zamalek and Al-Ahly, at the “Mohamed bin Zayed” Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
The confrontation is scheduled to begin at exactly eight o’clock on Thursday evening Cairo and Mecca time, nine o’clock Abu Dhabi time.
