- Hamas calls on the media to ensure accuracy and credibility
On Saturday, the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) issued a statement denying what was published by Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper about the fate of leader Muhammad Al-Deif.

Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper said, citing sources, that some of the figures who surrounded Al-Deif confirmed, after communication with them and the movement’s leadership was restored, that contact with him had been lost since the operation that targeted him alongside Rafi Salama, commander of the Khan Yunis Brigade in the Al-Qassam Brigades, on July 13. July 2024, in the Mawasi Khan Yunis area in the southern Gaza Strip.
