Books – Hani Saber:
Festival performer, Hamo Beka, responded to the controversy surrounding his photo circulating on social media with a dancer, accompanied by the sentence, “I respect you when you quit and work in the industry.”
Hamo Beka said, in an explanatory video, via his Facebook account: “I never say that, and may God know him wisely. How can they post a picture of me singing with a dancer next to me and say that I said to the dancer (I respect you that you take off and work in the industry)… I have never published a video.” I have this to say, and if there is a video explaining this, you can download it and I will be held accountable for it.”
He continued: “Anyone who writes words that are not on my tongue, I will take legal action against him, and I will know how to take it, and how to convey to the person who did this. This is someone who has a rich fortune and he told you to get rich with Hamo Beka. I will never say this because the man is a man and the woman is a woman.”
Hamo Beka added: “I don’t want to invite anyone who works or doesn’t work, and leave the property to the owner and everyone in their own right, and I do not harm anyone because someone harms me and says to me things that I did not say with my tongue.”
