Al-Ahly confirmed that the injury occurred as a result of one of his feet slipping while showering, and then he suffered a superficial cut that required 4 stitches in the hand. He received a rest tomorrow, and will resume training the day after tomorrow, Friday.
The sports director denied that there was any dispute between Omar Kamal and any of his colleagues, as was reported on some social media sites.
Ahmed Jaballah, the Al-Ahly club doctor, quickly intervened to treat the player and wrapped his arm with a towel, but severe bleeding from his hand prompted him to transfer the player to Nasr City Hospital, to undergo the necessary medical aid.

At the same time, Dr. Ahmed Gaballah revealed the injury suffered by goalkeeper Mohamed El-Shenawy in today’s training, noting that it was a slight bruise on the right shoulder, which caused him some temporary pain, which gradually goes away, and his condition is reassuring.
Al-Ahly’s doctor confirmed that El-Shenawy will join his teammates in the team’s training the day after tomorrow, Friday, in preparation for the match between CS Belouizdad next Sunday in the African Champions League.
