The company explained in a statement on Tadawul that the profits were made Based on the returns achieved by the company as a result of the completion of the initial public offering of its subsidiary (United International Holding Company) and the listing of its shares on the main Saudi market.
According to data available on Arqaam, Extra had offered 7.5 million United International Holding shares for subscription, representing 30% of the company’s capital, at a price of 132 riyals per share, with the offering size reaching 990 million riyals.
Extra currently owns 69% of the shares of United International Holding Company after its listing on the main market at the beginning of this month.
