An official source at the Ministry of Culture revealed that Minister of CultureDr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno is closely monitoring the health condition of the great screenwriter Bashir Al-Deek, who recently suffered a health crisis that required him to be transferred to the intensive care room.
As part of the state’s keenness to honor its cultural and artistic symbols, the Minister of Culture communicated with Minister of Health Immediately upon learning of the incident, the Minister of Health directed that all necessary medical care be provided to Bashir Al-Deek, and to ensure that he receives the best health services to overcome this crisis.
The Minister of Culture stressed that the state pays great attention to its artistic and cultural icons who have contributed to enriching the Egyptian cultural scene over many decades. He also indicated that the Ministry is in constant contact with the family of the great screenwriter to follow up on his condition.
