Rami Davidian, the hero of Israel, who saved dozens of people in Nova is facing a defamation lawsuit by Israel Defense Forces Major General Ziv, after Davidian told in an interview with Ayala Hasson at Kan 11, that the Defense Forces Majors Ziv and Tivon boasting in the studios about their heroism on the morning of October 7 actually fled the battlefield.

In an interview yesterday (Saturday) with Ayala Hasson, Rami said: “I’m tired of hearing people making rounds in the studios while there is a big contradiction between what they say and what happened on the ground.”

Ayala Hasson: “Speak, live.”

Rami: “There were many people who did sacred work, including me, who fought to bring children home, but it’s annoying to see people with ranks taking credit.”

Ayala Hasson: “Rami, please don’t have a stroke, who are you talking about?”

Rami: “I met Major General Yisrael Ziv and he asked me how I entered the area every time and then he told me, “We went in and didn’t come back, we ran away” (He and Noam Tivon). A lot of people came and ran, but they don’t go to the studios and make excuses out of it, because from this day on they don’t make excuses.”

Ayala Hasson: “There is no doubt that no one should take credit for what he did not do. You are saying something very significant here.”

Following the interview, Ziv wrote in a message on Network X: “Tonight, Ayala Hasson conducted an unfortunate interview on Channel 11 with Rami Davidian, the citizen who saved many from the nova. In the unfortunate interview, it was evident that Mr. Davidian was participating almost reluctantly in a play written for him by the heads of the poison machine who tirelessly try to harm B. Without offending Mr. Davidian and revealing his difficulties and problems, I will state that I agreed to his request to meet with him.”

Ziv added that “at that meeting I expressed appreciation for his actions, however the stupid statement planted in his mouth that “we ran away from the scene” did not exist and was not created and certainly did not happen. The gross lie has witnesses and unfortunately I am forced to file a libel suit against the unfortunate and abused man.”

At the end of his words, Ziv wrote: “I can only assume that the combination of the assistance that Mr. Davidian receives from that family and the alleged “journalistic” position of Mrs. Hasson, together created the manipulation of Davidian in the unfortunate and false interview. I wonder if the perpetrators of the lie will stand by Davidian in the prosecution’s trial, or Maybe they will meet in the corridor with someone who was a partner in this wretched manipulation from the vile creator of the poison machine.”
