Sapir Cohen, who was kidnapped on October 7th to the Gaza Strip and returned in a hostage deal, was interviewed on the program “The Patriots” on Channel 14 and revealed: “We had to share one pita that only I got.”

Cohen said and added: “The terrorist gave me a pita and the other abductees did not receive it and did not know that I received it. I thought what I was supposed to do. I thought for a moment, if there is no food tomorrow, I will eat half and leave it for tomorrow,” Cohen said with tears in her eyes and added: “I thought if I I choose to eat it all alone, can I live with the other abductees? I said to myself, do the right thing and the rest is in Heaven’s hands, I shared everything and was left hungry in the end.”
Also, Cohen said that the abductees made “shifts to steal pita bread, we were satisfied with a little. I came to a new way of life, I realized that not everything I have is mine, God trusted me to know what to do with the pita bread.”

Cohen revealed that two weeks after her abduction, a photo of her during the abduction to Gaza was published: “In the photo you see a woman sitting on a motorcycle with two terrorists, the girlfriends immediately recognized that it was me, my mother denied and said that it was not me, the army later verified that it was me.”
In addition, Cohen said that “the group of girls who came to my house were just scared, my mother said that I was participating in a movie and the two terrorists were her bodyguards, and the one who made this movie is God, so everything will be fine.”
