America first
Trump said that the golden era of the United States has begun now, and that he will put America first, considering that his government can confront the crisis in the country.
He added that America will soon become stronger and more sustainable than it was before.
He also said that America will regain its rightful position as the greatest, strongest, and most respected country on earth.
He continued, “We now stand on the threshold of the greatest 4 years in American history.”
The US President promised that his administration would move quickly to restore security and hope for all American citizens, saying, “We will restore our security, our sovereignty, and the scales of justice.”
Trump spoke about the challenges facing the United States at this stage, and criticized what he described as the failure of the Biden administration to confront a number of crises, including the fires that recently swept the state of California.
The army and pursuing enemies
Donald Trump also said in his inauguration speech that the US army will be the strongest in the world.
He added, “Our armed forces will focus on their sole mission, which is to defeat America’s enemies.”

Panama Canal and Gulf of Mexico
Trump pledged to restore Panama CanalHe said, “My message to the Americans today is that it is time for us to move courageously because we are a great nation.”
Trump said that the United States spent a lot of money on the Panama Canal, and that many Americans lost their lives during its construction.
He complained that exaggerated fees were being imposed on American ships in the Panama Canal.
The US President also announced that his administration would change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to America’s Gulf.
On the other hand, Trump said that his country will impose customs tariffs and taxes on the products of foreign countries, and will withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement.
Ending wars
Also on the external level, Donald Trump said that his country would stop the wars and bring a new spirit of unity to a world that was angry, violent, and completely unpredictable, as he put it.
The US President added, “I want my legacy to be that I am a maker of peace and unity.”
In this context, he referred to the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, saying that the day before he took office, the “hostages” in the Middle East returned to their homes, referring to the release of 3 Israeli women who were detained in the Gaza Strip, within the framework of the first phase of the agreement. .
Trump had previously announced that he would seek to end the war between Russia and Ukraine.
Emergency and expulsion of migrants
In his inauguration speech, Donald Trump announced that he would declare a national emergency on the country’s southern border to address illegal immigration.
He said he would stop any illegal entry and return millions of people who entered the United States illegally to their countries.
He added that he would send thousands of armed forces to the border to stop the flow of what he described as criminals, stressing that his administration would quickly build the border wall with Mexico.
He also said that the authorities will deal with the infiltrators as terrorists, adding, “I will give the security forces the ability to eliminate the gangs that bring crime to our borders and our country.”
He accused Democrats of wanting the borders to be open and large numbers of migrants to enter.
On the other hand, the American President pledged to fight what he called the corrupt and radical elites, and not to allow political persecution, in reference to the criminal charges and trial against him in various cases.
He said that he would not allow the use of state power as a weapon against the people and would restore what he called a fair judiciary.
Trump touched on several other internal issues, especially those of an economic and livelihood nature.
In this context, Trump confirmed that he will give directives to state governors to confront the worsening inflation crisis, and will declare a fuel emergency.
He said, “America will be a manufacturing nation again. We will possess the largest amount of oil and gas. We will lower prices and export our energy to the world.”
In the same speech, Trump announced that his administration would send astronauts to Mars and the American flag would be raised above it.
