We have often heard in the news about the mixing of the worlds of crime and sports. Creator and director Chen Makhlouf saw this combination as inspiration and created Hot’s new crime-sports drama “Shlomi 6”. At the center of the plot are two cousins who both answer to the name of Shlomi, played by Ofek Pesach and Ido Eliali.
Both are talented footballers who show promise. But while they are dreaming dreams about the prestigious clubs in Europe, the Israeli reality slaps them in the face. One day a fight on the lawn complicates peace with a violent criminal organization that operates in the football and player trafficking business. From that moment their lives change and they are drawn into the underworld: Stabbings in the stands, game bias, eliminations, drugs and also some breathtaking football moments.
This morning the players of the series gathered for a festive launch. Among the cast members: Ofek Pesach, Ido Eliali, Hanan Savion, Gal Malka, Liana Ayon and his partner Aviad Peretz, Kobi Farge, Merav Shirom, Danny Stegg, Assaf Ben Lulu, Michael Lahav, Idan Shakroka, Kai Packer, Dana Cabasa, Gil Wasserman, Shawn Softy and Eliav Eliyahu Yonatan. And apart from them, the former Premier League players Finney Belili, who plays a guest role in the series, and Yaakov Hillel also came.
Tonight (Tuesday) the first two episodes will be released on HOT VOD, and on Thursday the series will be released on HOT3.
