The artist, Houria Farghali, was a guest of the media, Engy Ali, in her program, Secrets of the Stars, which she presents on the Nojoum FM station, where she revealed new secrets in her artistic career, and the details of her relationship with the late artist Haitham Ahmed Zaki.
Houria said: “I met Haitham Ahmed Zaki at Mr. Khaled Youssef’s when we were making the movie “The Palm of the Moon.” I am six years older than him and we were friends and I entered his house. It was quiet, so don’t say that there is someone living in this house.”
She added: “Haitham was very lonely. He would ask for food and leave it for four days, and no one would come to pack his house for him, and I kept doing that. I loved him very much and was drawn to him at one time, but he was very jealous.”
She continued: “My relationship with Haitham Ahmed Zaki ended, and we were with Nassour Duran Shubra. The mother of the artist Hani Adel passed away, and I was mourning him. Haitham started grabbing me by my hair, hitting me, insulting me, and saying, ‘You aunty.’ I told him, ‘You taught me that I don’t know anyone a day younger than me.’”
Houria continued her words by saying: “Many people say that Haitham Ahmed Zaki died while he still loved me, and he tried very hard to get us back, but the matter was getting him to the point of danger.”
Regarding her exposure to plastic surgery on her nose, she said: “I was subjected to a lot of bullying because of the operations I had on my nose and face, and this put me into a terrible state of depression. In fact, the bullying hurt me more than the accident I was exposed to.”
She continued: “Thank God, now, after the last operation I had, I can still smell well and my life has become better, and whoever wants to keep me busy keeps me busy. I am present and have more energy inside me than before, and because I don’t have as much work as the first one, I decided to do a children’s play and I will play the character of Rapunzel.”
She continued: “I miss work. I love acting because I live such a life within it, and everything I wanted to do appears in the characters I present. My problem is that I have no acquaintances in the artistic community.
Regarding her new developments in the next stage, Houria Farghaly said: “I completed the contract for the series The Witch of the South, Part Three, and the work is already ready for filming, but everything stopped, and I tried to talk to the producing company to give it up and I would submit it, but they refused, and this series is the closest to my heart, and it achieved the highest viewership rate in history.” History of Drama.
She continued: “I have a new film with director Khaled Al-Hajar, starring the artist Elham Shaheen, and it is currently in the preparation stage, and I am very happy because it is the second time that I will act opposite Elham Shaheen, and she is the first one who stood next to me in the artistic community, and I am happy with the idea of the film.”
