President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 117 of 2024 to dismiss the Assistant Public Prosecutor from his job other than through a disciplinary method.
President Sisi issued Resolution No. 118 of 2024 to include Major General Abdel Hadi Mohamed Abdel Hadi to the membership of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Space Agency, representing the Ministry of Defense, for the remaining term of the Board of Directors, which was reconstituted by the aforementioned Presidential Resolution No. 546 of 2022, replacing Major General Maged Ismail.
President Sisi also issued Resolution No. 119 of 2024 amending some provisions of Presidential Resolution No. 245 of 1996 to establish a private university called the Misr University of Science and Technology.
Resolution No. 120 of 2024 was issued amending some provisions of Presidential Resolution No. 119 of 2023 regarding the establishment of a private university called Horus University.
He also issued Resolution No. 121 of 2024 amending some provisions of Presidential Resolution No. 27 of 2002 regarding the establishment of a private university called the German University in Cairo.
President Sisi issued Resolution No. 122 of 2024 amending some provisions of Presidential Resolution No. 435 of 2020 regarding the establishment of a private university called El Alamein International University.
The decisions were published in the Official Gazette.
