Egyptian journalist Tamer Amin attacked the Egyptian artist Salma Abu Deif; Because of the way she announced her pregnancy, which sparked widespread controversy due to her appearance with a bare stomach and her exaggerated celebration, in the opinion of some, of the event through many photos.
“Amin” said during his program “Akher Al-Nahar” that the way Salma Abu Deif announced her pregnancy “is not the best thing,” despite his acknowledgment that documentation is a beautiful idea and the feelings, thoughts and meanings contained in the message that Salma sent to her fetus are great.
He added that his only problem was that all of this happened in public, without respecting the privacy of the event, pointing out that he believes that such intimate occasions should not involve three parties: Salma, her husband, and the fetus in her womb.
The artist, Salma Abu Deif, threatened those she described as “bullies” against her, to prosecute them as a result of mocking the size of her stomach as a result of pregnancy, stressing that she would not remain silent anymore, as she put it.

I have lived my whole life being bullied about my thin figure, and now they are bullying my stomach, to the point that I will never show it again.”
Salma Abu Deif added: “All my life I have been silent about any bullying, since I started my acting career, but people go too far, and I will never again tolerate any kind of insult or bullying, and any behavior of this kind will be met with legal action.”
