The Saudi Ministry of Sports announced that the Kingdom will host the Spanish Super Cup for the fifth time in Jeddah, during the period from January 8 to 12, 2025, with the participation of 4 clubs: Real Madrid, Barcelona, ​​and Athletic Bilbao, in addition to Real Mallorca.

The King Abdullah Sports City Stadium will host the matches of the tournament, which will be held in a knockout system, where in the first confrontation, the teams Real Madrid and Real Mallorca will meet, on the evening of Wednesday, January 8, 2025 AD, with the Barcelona team facing its counterpart, Athletic Bilbao, on Thursday, January 9, and the two winners will qualify for the match. The final will be held on the evening of Sunday, January 12th.

The Kingdom had hosted 4 previous editions of the Spanish Super Cup, the first of which was in 2020 AD in the city of Jeddah, and then Real Madrid was crowned champion, after defeating its rival Atletico Madrid.
