The date of the match between Al-Ahly and Flowers in the African handball final

Al-Ahly qualified for the final of the African Club Handball Championship after defeating Zamalek in the final seconds of the match that brought them together in the semi-finals of the tournament.

Al-Ahly defeated Zamalek with a score of 26-25, in the semi-finals of the African Club Handball Championship in its 45th edition held in the city of Laayoune, Morocco.

While the Beninese Flowers team achieved historic qualification to the final match of the tournament after defeating the Moroccan Derb Sultan Forum team with a score of 40-38 in the second match of the semi-final.

The first half of the match ended with Flowers of Benin leading by one goal, 16-15.

The Beninese team was seconds away from qualifying for the final, but the Moroccan team equalized at the last second at 33-33.

The Flowers team continued to advance in the match and ended the first overtime with a score of 36-35, then maintained its lead in the second overtime to end the match in its favor by two goals at 40-38.

The Beninese team has never qualified for the final of the tournament before.

Al-Ahly is looking for its second title in a row and the seventh in the history of its participation in the African Club Handball Championship.
