Al-Riyadh newspaper | The Emir of Tabuk chairs the meeting of the main civil defense committee in the region

His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Tabuk Region, Chairman of the Main Civil Defense Committee, chaired today in his office in the emirate the meeting of the Main Civil Defense Committee in the region, in the presence of committee members who are directors of government departments. His Highness began the meeting by asking the Almighty God to bestow rain on the country and its people. His Highness said that everyone rejoices in the rain and prays to God with thanks and feels happy. After that, His Highness reviewed the reports received from the Civil Defense and the main committee, as well as the reports of the local field committees regarding preparation for the rainy season. His Highness also reviewed the achievement rates. In the projects being implemented to prevent the dangers of floods, dams, and rainwater drainage, His Highness the Emir of the region directed to redouble efforts, activate prepared plans, and the need for coordination and cooperation between all parties participating in the work of the committee. The meeting also discussed many topics on the agenda. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Emir of the Tabuk region called on God Almighty to preserve our country’s security, glory and stability under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Highness the Crown Prince – may God protect them.
