Special statements were made by Dr. Taha Rabeh, President of the National Institute for Astronomical Research, on Youm 7 TV, about the earthquake that was felt by the residents of Egypt yesterday.
Rabeh sent an important message to Egyptians on Youm 7 TV, saying: “Do not worry about the Cyprus earthquake unless it reaches 7 degrees on the Richter scale.”
He revealed that the National Seismic Network stations affiliated with the Institute recorded an earthquake on Friday 710 kilometers from Cairo, and it was felt by some residents in the capital, and its data was as follows:
