PRRD has this tirade against the current president
Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte or PRRD said in a speech that President Bongbong Marcos is a “bangag” and a “drug addict.”
Marcos was the running mate of Vice President Sara Duterte, the former president’s daughter. However, the Duterte matriarch had negative comments about the current president during the campaign as well.
Duterte called Marcos a “weak leader.” Before the 2022 election the former president had a blind news story about a drug-taking candidate.
After that blind item, Marcos submitted the results of the drug test. The PRRD may have these criticisms against the current president, he called former president Ferdinand Marcos “the smartest president of the Philippines.”
Recently, Duterte again criticized the president. On Sunday, speaking during a prayer rally in Davao City, he said Marcos is a drug addict, based on a report by ABS-CBN regional correspondent Hernel Tocmo.
“Let the junkie be president,” said the former president. He also claimed that the Armed Forces of the Philippines and those in Malacanang Palace know about this.
Duterte also said that he is still mayor, that the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency showed him data on drug users and that he claimed Marcos’ name was there.
“Noong if the mayor, the best as PDEA evidence. Doon sa lista, nandoon yung panganal mo. Ayaw kong sabihin yan kasi magkaibang tayo. Kung hindi magkaibaing, magkakilala… eh ikaw eh, kayo ng alanganinDuterte said.
He also warned Marcos that he might experience what happened to his father. “MR. The president, baka nasong ka sa dinaanan ng tatay mo. Diyan ako takot, ayaw kong mangyari sayo yan,” said the father of VP Sara.
