Counselor Mortada Mansour, Hisham Helmy Bakr’s lawyer, confirmed that the late musician’s son suspects that the death was unnatural.
“Hisham” said during his interview with the “ET in Arabic” program: “I have only been arriving for two or three hours. Of course, when I first arrived, the most important thing for me was that I would see my father. I went to Al-Salam Hospital, recited Al-Fatihah for him, and prayed for my father.”
Counselor Mortada Mansour continued: “Hisham submitted a report that he suspects that the death was criminal. The man has a feeling or there is evidence that makes him say that, and Captain Mustafa Kamel was with us now and Mrs. Nadia Mustafa.”
Mortada continued: “There are some things that have been said and it is doubtful that the death is criminal, that is in short, and there is a report that will be submitted in the morning that Hisham doubts that the death is criminal and an unnatural death, and the details will be revealed in the investigation, and the symptoms that he experienced before death are dehydration or symptoms of poisoning.”
The artist Nadia Mostafa, a member of the Council of the Musical Professions Syndicate, announced the change of location for the funeral of the late musician Helmy Bakr, through her official Facebook page.
Nadia wrote that the funeral prayer for the body of the deceased is scheduled to be held this afternoon, Sunday, March 3, at Al-Salam Mosque in Nasr City, after it was scheduled to be held at Al-Nour Mosque in Abbasiya.
